The challenge
Following Entrepreneur First and their seed round, Borderless engaged Scene as their first external recruiting partner. Prior struggles to find quality at scale had impacted leadership bandwidth, internal culture, and growth.
What Scene built
Across two short hiring sprints, Scene placed six people across Engineering, GTM and Strategy & Ops, rebuilding the core technical infrastructure.
The outcome
The team enabled product-market fit to be established and set Borderless up for a Series A raise, plus product and geographical expansion. Scene has since introduced three customers to Borderless in the last 12 months.
