Health Partners needed to modernise its technical capability within an established organisation, where legacy systems, fragile infrastructure, and limited automation were constraining growth.
What Scene built
Scene partnered with leadership to design and build a new technical foundation, starting with a leadership spine across engineering and operations (Director of Engineering, Director of IT Ops, and Product leadership) before scaling teams beneath them.
The outcome
Over 18 months Scene delivered 20 hires (Feb 2023 – Oct 2024), rebuilding the engineering team from an inexperienced baseline to a high-performing core in 12 months and supporting a technology transformation that underpinned progression through the Warburg Pincus investment process.
